Your details, and what we do with them

When you register your interest at rytz.com.au/professionals, RYTZ Pty Ltd (ACN 687 506 323) collects your name and email address and, if you choose to give them, your profession and roughly how many separating clients you work with. We use them to understand who this is for and to contact you about it.
We store them in our own database, hosted with Supabase, and send email through Resend; both may store data outside Australia.
We also keep a short lived technical identifier, derived from your network address and deleted within 48 hours, purely to stop the form being flooded; we do not store your network address itself.
If you tick the box on the form we will email that address once to confirm it really was you, and we will not add you to anything until you open the link in it and press the button on the page it opens.
To see, correct or delete what we hold, email admin@rytz.com.au. If you ask us to delete it we delete the registration and remove your address from our records of it, and we keep one thing: your email address on a do not contact list, because that record is the only way to make sure we never write to you again.
